This is an original WWII German M43 model wool enlisted combat tunic. All insignia is original but re-applied. Shoulderboards are the late "skelatal" type and piped in light green for Panzergrenadier. Rank badge on left sleeve is the subdued type for Gefreiter. Button hole ribnon is the russian front winter award. Secured to the pocket is a black wound badge. This tunic has been period tailor shortened as was common during the era.
